hay polandspring . I have tek2 2 t5 retro kit and 2 250w hqi reef optix 3 plus pendent with 14000k Phoenix bulbs runing on Icecap ballest

how much flow do you give your toadstool, i have one and i think im giving it way too much flow

He is getting alot of flow i have 2 1300gph Power heads in the tank plus the return is a mag 9.5 it should be giving my tank 750gph. It seem to like all that flow.
