i think BRS has some vibration pads that you can put under your pump or you can try a mouse pad or 2. i have the same problem with my Goby pump

too late for flex hose

is there some kind of wrapp that I can put around the pipes?

Wrap won't help. It's not too late for flex. You can cut the pipe near the pump. It doesn't have to be long, just a few inches so the pump vibration does not transfer to the pipe. It's the quickest, cheapest, easiest, most effective solution.

Hi guys,
Plumbing is rather tight, and don't want to cut it up.
I did, open up the through hole in the sheetrock that that the plumbing passes through, and made sure that the three pipes in that area were not touching, eachother as well. It helped tremendously..

Wes,

The noise/hum is still there, alot less than before, but is something I need to try and reduce more. I have limited distace between the in side of the pump and the fitting to the sump. The out side is not a issue.
What do you think would be a minimum distance to try and dampen the vibration hum?

I dont think there is a minimum distance in a situation like this.
You are looking at a situation where the longer the flex tubing the more vibration it will dampen. A foot would be ideal, two feet would be more ideal.
Can you put up some pictures of the installation, that could help a lot.

The only way your going to reduce the noise is to softpipe it a bit after the pump and before it. The sound is the pump vibrating through the long length of piping. Wrapping it in something sound proof will only go so far and your most likely going to still hear it.

I reduced the noise by using the flex hose and made sure that the hose allowed the pump to not touch the bottom of the sump. In other words I hung the pump using the flex hose. To test to see if this would work just lift it off the sump and see if the noise is reduced. I worked for me. As long as there is vibration transfer to some place the noise will be more noticeable.
