Guys - here is an update on tank dimensions:

1) 71" Long x 21" deep x 36" High

Overflow (2) Dimensions:

2) 11.5" Wide x 36" High x 6.5" deep

With teeth that are 2" below the top of the tank...

As for the output and return drilled holes, they are both 1.75"

Any thoughts?

i like to go with the 30% rule of thumb when i do a sump/fuge.. i currently have 2 tanks one is a 40g sump for all my mechanical filtration it gets abt 60% of my overall drainage.. my other tank is a 40g breeder i use as my refugium, it gets abt 40% drainage, the fuge sits abt 8 in higher than the sump. the fuge gravity drains into the return chamber of the sump so the water coming from the fuge(rich with pods) doesnt get sucked up by the skimmer or reactors.. and gets pumped back into the tank..but i have a small room behind my tank.. depends on the room you have below the tank, either we can convert the wet/dry or we can get another tank and make a 3 compartment fuge/sump

the 1 3/4 holes are for 1in bulkheads

Thanks Motor, very very helpful

The Wet/Dry has a bunch of holes, mostly 2" with one being 1.5"... I'd assume some of these need to be plugged up?

No prob! Let me know when you get everything ready and I'll swing by to move on to the next steps.

Will do - ordering the stand from Bueller, should be done sometime next week! Will make a new thread with a proposed date once I have all equipment ready to go!
