Hey gang, I'm running a 75gal RR tank for 6 months and i'm seeing a sudden green hair algae outbreak. Any ideas why or how to diminish the outbreak?

Below are my Tank specs:

75gal RR Tank
Aquatinics T5 6x bulb fixture (new bulbs)
20gal sump
Euroreef CS6 Skimmer
2x TFL Phosban reactors (Phosban media/Carbon)
3x Koralias

Test results:
PH: 7.1-8.4 (depends on time)
AMN: .25
NO3: 0
NH4: 0
PO: .01
Cal: 350 (in the process of increasing)
Mg: 1100 (in the process of increasing)
Alk: 7.5 (in the process of increasing)

They run from 4PM-12AM Actinics and 4:30PM-11:30PM for Daylight. Yes, I have a deep sand bed. Yes for salifert test kits.

However, here's one observation. My tank is next to a window and my windows are wide open. Do u think the dust/dirt that flew into my tank could've cause the hair algae to grow?
