Need Softball Players for the Spring

Hi All,

I know this is a little premature thinking about Spring Softball in the middle of winter. But my team and I are excited to play, but we think we will be short a few players for the season. I wanted to reach out to some fellow reefers to generate interest.

We play in the NY Softball League, the games are primarily played in or around Flushing Queens. I'm looking for a few good players who are also looking to have some fun. LMK if you?re interested and I'll keep you in mind for the spring.

Wow!!! That was fast! What positions do you guys play? We need a SS, Pitcher(high arch), Outfielder and some backups. We have some pretty good bats, but we sometimes lack in the fielding department... If anyone has past baseball coaching experience that would be a great help! Keep you all posted.

What time and where are you playing in Queens

Hi Marrone,

The games are held on Sundays in parks around Flushing Queens. We will receive a schedule within the next few months... The games are scheduled randomly, early games start at 9am, and late games are around 12:30. The season won't start until late April or May.

You?re more then welcome to join us for our scrimmages, but we are looking for people to play with us for the duration of the season. We found that if we have regular players the team gels better together. Thanks

Also this Sunday is Easter, isn't that a problem for alot of people.

although it is easter weekend my team will still be having a practice. the practices will be every sunday until the season starts in mid april. the practices will be held in flushing, ny at the field on the corner of kessina blvd and booth memorial. if anyone is interested show up or call me at 646-996-5855 for the specifics. thanks
