Royal Gramma or six line wrass. Both are on the move and very colorful.
Cardinals or chalk bass, you could add a few instead of just one.
Yellow clown goby-very small but a very bright yellow. Citrinus clown goby.

I have had other cardinals and they do stay together but they are very slow moving so it is not like a school swimming from one end to the other together. They tend to hover around and they have a pecking order.
