I've got another questiong the ph probe is reading my tank water at 5.6, so its not allowing any Co2 to exit the tank. Is the ph probe a goner or is there anyway that I could calibrate it?
The 60 you are reading from the left gage is in KG\CM2 which eqauls to about 850PSI (read the inner band, it is in PSI), this is a full tank you are playing with.
You can calibrate your PH controller, use a small flat screw to turn the little white adjustment screw, it is marked CAL. You'll need to place the probe in a known PH solution to calibrate thou.
When it was reading 5.7 I turned the little circle thing to 5.5 and the Co2 started going into the chamber and when I turned it back to 6.6 it stopped. Oddly enough the ph is still dropping, its at 5.2 now .
Yes, Do some research, I remember reading baking soda have a set PH value when saturated in solution.
OR you can test the tank PH with a test kit and adjust the PH meter to match it. Not a very accurate way but can get you by until you order some calibration fluid.
