Actually, I was talking to the owner of an lfs in San Diego 2 months ago and his family is in local politics. Described the same bs laws and said were close to seeing a bill passed. Prohibition for polyps is nuts

This is a Florida only thing and kind of much ado about nothing. It has had zero impact on the conference other than an annoyance for some vendors and a topic of conversation.
