Remembering 9/11

For me it's a hard day even though I didnt lose anyone, or even knew anyone that lost someone. However, it was a day when I felt deeply hurt and sad, that someone would brutaly attack innocent people, going about their day, not hurting anyone. Why!! I felt betrayed by our government, because they were ill prepared to defend us, felt impotent and wanted to lash out and strike back at the aggressors. God Bless America and our troops wherever we send them to unleash our might, because they are the only reason they haven't attacked us again.

I still to this day do not understand the seed of hate that people feel to do something like that. I hope i never understand, because then I would become like them.

dropping a bomb on Iran and Afghanistan is certainly not an answer to anything and it makes me laugh yet sends a cold shiver down my spine that many people feel this way. Ignorance is comical in conversation, but when considering the massive amount of people that are misinformed, it's enough for anyone to tremble in their shoes. Violence is a perpetual cycle and we keep egging on politicians to make wrong choices that kill a lot of innocent people on both sides. It makes me sick
