anybody ever use this stuff is it any good ?any success with it

I use reef nutrition, I started defrosting mysis shrimp the night before drain the extra liquid then soak the food in Oyster Feast one day Phyto Feast the next. Other than that I try not to add too much extra food to the tank. (Thanks LFSMARINEGUY)

If Reef ROIDS was something amazing it would be in every store and recommended by fellow reefers when it comes to feeding coral.

Off the topic but look into Rods food as well.....my fish and corals go nuts for it....

I also use Rod's Food original, but because of the food size it's mostly for the fish and LPS
