Frankly, I don't see an issue at all with your pH. You will never find it to be that level, it is normal for it to fluctuate to a degree as mentioned above.

Why is your Mg so high?

You have mentioned 2 issues... one being PH & Calcium, and everyone who has posted is correct.
Normally... as KathyC & Emmanuel stated you will have drops in PH at night when your MAIN TANK display lights go off. Even if you have your refug lights on it will drop(can't compete to the MDT lights and people fail to realize this). This is normal.
However, why the decrease from 8.3 to 8.15 within a month may indicate something else. Harry has mentioned a few things. Have you recently purchased any corals, clams or changed dosing supplies? Are you making your own Alk, Ca++ & Mag? Using Randy's recipe. If you are you may need to bake your Alk. Need to mention more.
The use of the Brightwell products may have an effect. Not sure as i don't use them. You may have to look back to what you have changed recently. Could be you may have a sudden intake from your corals also (depending on what you have aswell), alot to consider and you need to sometimes just adjust accordingly.

So ever since you've been adding the bio fuel and Bacter 7 you have been having problems? Why did you add them in the 1st place if you don't mind me asking??

no did not add phosphate media but did add brightwell becteria micro bacter and bio fuel which lower the phosphate from .02 to 0 probably tomarrow i will remove 1/2 off my phosphate media since phosphate is 0 it might be causing problem my phosphate media is in there for 200 gal tank water

Had the same happen to me after i month of the Microbacter 7 and Bio Fuel dosing. Could not raise alk for nothing. Used ESV but once the Brightwell product was added the problem took off. Not sure if he followed the same thread here i did about the Dosing bio fuel microbactor 7 vs Biopellets.

Exactly where mine was. Caused me to lose three fish. Stopped the dosing and had a slight cyano outbreak. Filters in Two next reef reaactors have clogged within days and skimmer perfomance went nuts. At night the skimmer would just pump clear liquid but would be fine during the day due to adjustment but would go nuts at night again. My water did remain clear. Just ordered a full set of salifert kits and will post readings by the weekend of where i am at one week after i stopped dosing.
Hope you figure this out.

OK hold up for a second.

I see a lot of problems here. First off, you are dosing too many different things without knowing what is working.

What are you using to test pH? I see you are indicating swings of .2-.3, which is totally normal. I get a swing from 7.9x-8.3x throughout the course of the day.

If you are using a pH probe, have you calibrated it recently?

What is your Ca/Alk at? Salinity?
