150 gal reef tank - wet/dry sump and protein filter - a dz fish a few shrimp a large clam and about a dz corals mostly soft some leather.

I seem to have a high ammonia count probably due to the snails dying off - fish and corals look great. So does anybody know what's killing them off

An earlier thread said that they were starving but I seem to have plenty of algae for them to graze on.

Had same problem and it was suggested that it may be stray voltage somewhere...
Forgot the name of it but I bought some thing that you put in your sump to take care of any stray voltage you may have. Got it from Russ at Saltwatercritters.
