That a Wellsi and it's going to hard to frag as I think those polyps are small, as the picture seems to be close up. I also have a feeling that it's going to go for alot of money$$$$. Actually I think it's already to much.

Keep in mine that a Wellsi and not a Merleti and it's a lot harder to frag. Wellsi don't usally do well when cut and they are very slow growers. If the polyps on the skeleton are closly together the coral probably will not do well if fragged.
