Many people have requested a way to attach images from their photo gallery without copying over the URL and inserting an image.
Here is a quick way to do it.
Open a new post, reply, whatever.
Make sure your cursor is in the message editing window (i.e. give the window focus) (if you don't do this the photos will not attach properly and will end up at the top of your browser window).
Click on "Open" to the right of the edit window (under My Pics). A new browser window will open. If you are running a popup blocker you should disable it for this website.
Select what you want to attach by clicking on the image. You can browse to all the pages in your gallery. If you want to attach the actual image, make sure you select "Original Image" from the middle drop down box at the top.
You can now insert images directly into your posts with this handy tip.
