My disappearing act

To all my friends here on MR,
After tonight I will most likely be out of commission for some time. Not sure how long it'll be until I can be back online. I'm going in for surgery tomorrow and I just wanted to say I'm not forgetting about MR or my friends here. It just might be tough to sit at the computer.

I'm having a couple of cervical vertebre fused. I won't be able to drive a car for at least a month, so I won't be very mobile. I'm crossing my fingers that I'll be recovered enough to make it to the swap. I already got the 'go ahead' from the boss. If need be, she might even drive me.

So for the time being I'm just saying I'll be laying low a bit, but not forgotten.

And Dmitry, no actually, my poor wife and daughter have been carrying all my buckets for the past 15 months. :happysad: Hmmmmmm, maybe a reason NOT to have surgery......:sgrin:

Thanks everyone. A lot of times the success of these procedures and the recovery comes from within. You've all helped me get to that place within, and it will carry me through it. The MR members are super and I'm glad to be associated with you.
