ryan- its actually an ocellaris..he was an aquacultured one that was born with one eye. when i worked at the lfs i saw his buddies all get sold so i brought him home to give him a good home. for filtration im running a converted 20gal high with about 18 inches baffled off for a fuge. and aside from that i run chemi pure...thats about it. nitrates are almost unreadable and ammonia/nitrite are zero.
wonderballz - thanks man. we have a bunch of lps and zoas, a maxima clam, a couple acros. fish wise we have been through hell lately...lost some favorites...were left with a hippo that we raised from about an inch to id say close to 3 inches, we have a filamentous flasher wrasse, a blue star leopard wrasse, court jester, orange spotted mandarin, orange spotted watchman, a one eyed clown, and that is about it for now. we did have a purple firefish, a fathead anthias, a kole tang, among a few others that the kole decided to kill prior to committing suicide.
