There are liquid bottles ( 1 gallon )

Whats in A bottle ?

Whats in B bottle ?

Idk it just says trace elements I think. But that's salt is great very consistant and mixes crystal clear in minutes

I tested my esv salt- first time.

5gal bucket rodi At 78*, 1.025

API test kit

Alk 11
Cal 520
Mg 1380-1410
Ph 8.2

Too high...I dislike it..

I'm trying to figure out why..

unless you're filling the bucket to the rim, you need to use a little less than what the chart says.

No, not filled water up to rim.

Could be use too much liquid..

Can any one tell me what's in comp a and comp b ?

hence why i said you more then likely put to much of the liquid. best way to measure is to buy a food scale

the way i do it is 20 gallons at a time after mixing the amount said i check the levels and might add a gallon or two of rodi water to fix things works well for me

interested....things is now a bit different # of parameter after I let it running overnight (5 gal bucket)

after i raised it to 1.025 i only added salt/ mag yesterday evening and decided to let it running and see whats happen till this morning.

I m surprised w/ test result.

SG - 1025
temp *76.5
ALK 9
cal - 480
mg 1410-1440 <--Salifert test kit

its dropping from high to nice # since yesterday

I will re test again at 12pm to see if its steady before do the water change..

they say u can use the salt right way but i still wait 24 hrs before i do a water change and when i test it it is spot on
