I've always used gorilla glue gel and it works good but when I buy larger pieces that I try to glue the weight from it makes it fail I wouldn't mind paying 50$ for more glue as long as it's gonna stick better
You can use gorilla glue in the tank???
Its pretty much the same glue as the IC gel glue. Only thing is you get more of it at once. Price wise its alot cheaper unless my math is wrong. .7oz for ic gel @ 5$ a tube = 70$ for 295ML = 49.99$ for ecotech glue.
The only problem is that you only get 1 tip, which is fine if you clean it the right way which none of us do.
Or you can be smart
and buy 2X the amount at 1/2 the price, of CA glue in a range of thickness that you desire. Get a few empty dispensing bottles and share with your friends.

sanjay.
That stuff is just as safe as any other cyano acrylate glue. I got the link a few years ago from a friend of mine who is a avid reefer and frag farmer. I won't use his name until I clear it with him, but he was using it.
you can always get the small bottle they sell, and try it out. Those are in the $2+ range.
There are a lot of things in the hobby that are just repackaged bulk goods that are freely available elsewhere at reasonable prices. eg. Carbon - no one is really making carbon specifically for the reef industry, its just rebagged and branded for reef use. Same goes for most chemicals.
