Darn snails!!

Just bought a nice Cornbread bubble gum monster frag and overnight it got knocked over by one of the big boy snails and it was glued on a rock so..fell on the sand face down and lost one of the eyes and it looked really stressed out and tissue slightly falling off but one eye remains.Will it recover?When I find those snails,they're gone unless someone wants them.

I believe big Turbos and they tend to come out when it's lights out.

Not much for them to eat so they're on the rocks so they're up for grabs if anyone wants them.If the Mods want to move this to the freebie section or whatever,please feel free to do so.

Will it make it? who knows! What I can say is that I have found a "chip" literally less than a 1/16th inch big, glued it to a disc and it's now 3/8 inch big. So can it survive? sure, will it? hard to say.

Give it the best conditions and hope for the best.

That's nothing. I had 2 flamethrower frags and a cornbred mummy eye frag that were dislodged by my large turbo snails. They were never to be seen again. The frags and then the snails that is.

Good luck on getting back to health. I'm sure it will be alright. I believe it's a pretty hardy chalice.

It stopped peeling but it's hanging loose but the one eye is going strong.Paid 90 bucks for it.Also receiving a Bazooka Joe and a Bubble Gum Monster$$$$$$$$.And I said I wasn't getting back into them and here I am spending money on them.The one I got from Jim is doing great.

Put it somewhere safe and keep tip top conditions in the tank. It'll get better soon. I've had that happen many times. Sometimes they pull through, sometimes not. As long as one eye is open and happy, the chances are high it'll pull through. Good luck!
