Having had both Verizon and AT&T iPhones I can say AT&T's has slightly faster data speeds but their service sucks. Especially in NYC, Verizon is a little slower but consistent and the coverage is amazing. No reason to buy AT&T you'll be disappointed with the service especially in the city.

Yeah but word has it same to slightly smaller size and quite possibly no 4G. Which till the end of this year, 1st Qtr of next is not a big deal if you live East of Route 110 in Suffolk as the 4G isn't offered there. Go figure

PAK, whatever phone you use forget about AT&T in Flushing area because AT&T forgot about Flushing already. My friends who own/run the building were telling AT&T that they can set up their antennae on the roof for the whole Flushing free of rent, but AT&T instead asked them to pay 10 grand to have AT&T service there. Remember, the spot in the New World Mall during Mother's Day Event? AT&T signal there is at 1 bar. When you get out to Roosevelt ave, it's 2 bar. You walk to Main street, you got 3 bars, but AT&T will drop your calls at lease once.

FWIW I would wait till the next iPhone drops. The 4 is already almost a year old and the next one is right around the corner. And it will be much faster for the same price.
