Aye, it is. Fish is singular for one fish or more than one fish of one species. Fishes is more than one species of fish and also a verb.
It's a 150 gallon tank with RO skimmer and 400w metal halides. My canopy is at Ed's house getting hinges. So can you tell us more about the setup?
I plan on putting more fishes and corals in it. I don';t know what else to write about my setup.i like your fishes :smash: I see you're from Ohio, I'm from Columbus. I'd like to hear more about your setup, maybe you could get some photos of the equipment. What do you plan to do with the tank?
The lights were sold with the tank. I put new bulbs in the lights, but they are quite bright. It doesn't seem to bother my fishes any. They press their little mouths against the side of the tank whenever I walk by hoping for more food. And why you need so much light for fishes and one coral.
How about your electricity bill and heat issues? You should use the old bulbs untill you get more corals just a thought on saving bulb life.:idea:The lights were sold with the tank. Not sure what you mean about the electric bill and heat issues? Since we got our central air fixed, we haven't had heat issues. And our electric bill is just fine. It's only $80.00 a month for the whole house. How about your electricity bill and heat issues? You should use the old bulbs untill you get more corals just a thought on saving bulb life.
