Spring Frag Swap - RSVP HERE - NOW! (required for admission)

I have never been to a Frag Swap of this size before so I have a few questions.

If some of the people who are bringing frags for trade/sale don't send pictures in for the Playbill how will we know what they have for trade/sale? Will they just be walking around with a cooler/bags? and we have to ask?

Do people usually bring large coolers filled with there frags?

Also the people that are listed on the playbill that day, how will we find them?

For Example: How will I find Slama Jama?

People will have them in bags, hopefully labeled. You can just walk around and ask people if they are trading anything. Normally people start posting more pics of what they are trading a few weeks in advance.

Yes, coolers are very popular.

You will find people by name tags, which every registered member will receive at the door.

what is this?? we have 1000 members and there room for only 80 people?? thats not too smart..whoever planned it should have made it for 2 days with different people comming at least it would have been better than a one shot 80 person deal....very dissapointing

Ya know Tony I don't think it's that bad. If you get a bigger place or add more days you need to raise the overhead to pay for the additional costs. Plus the smaller venue makes it alot more quaint. Oh and I am not going, so that doesn't factor in.
