Power still out

How many have there power out. A transformer blew on my block and been without power since 930 am. Wondering how long this generator can run before its exhausted.

We lost power around 7 AM, but it came back on around 1 this afternoon. Where are you?

lindenhurst.my neighbor said we can be looking at days before sevice is returned since its only a 2 block radius.LIPA is out repairing ther more serious outages

Thats just not right ...so in other words if you have no power and do have a generator they expect you not to run it after 12 even though you can keep your essentials running like fridge ect...?
I would just run it anyway they not gonna replace the stuff you lose..

Just spoke to a good friend in the first precinct. They said worry about it after midnight but the only way they would even stop by is if one of your neighbors complained but even then odds are they would just tell you to shut it off. They also said fish are sort of extenuating circumstances so if you explain it properly they probably won't mess with you. That isn't to say you might find someone having a bad night and they'll ticket you but they said you probably won't have any problems due to the current circumstances coupled with the fish. Some of them are hobbyists anyway.

They can't tell you to go ahead and break the law lol, they have to tell you what to do but they are people too so odds are you'll be fine.

I would just run it I doubt anyone will bust chops and worse case they might just tell you to turn it off for a little while.

I lost power yesterday at 11:00 AM. My tank is running off a generator during the day, and off a UPS at night.

Still no power as of now

During the day, only the circulation pumps, return pump, skimmer and reactor pumps are running. Heater & chiller are offline.

At night, only 1 Vortech is running.
