Help! I wake up and 3 of my fish are dead!!

I wake up this morning and my foxface doesnt look too good and neither did my blue hippo. They both ended up dying along with a domino. I checked all my levels everything is good. Yesterday they were all great. The only change in the tank was an anemone that i added yesterday, but can he have taken out all 3 fish?

Please add your tank params and also what test kits you are using. Anemone probably didn't do that. How old is the tank ?

ph 8.25, temp 79.3, salinity 1.025, Alk 9.7, calcium 473, phosphate 0.12, magnesium 1430, nitrate 0...my friens has a well established reef tank and tested my tank, i'm not sure which test he uses

last night the foxface and blue hippo were eating and swimming like usual, this morning the foxface was in a corner, kinda brownish and still breathing, i thought he was sleeping at first cause he usually changes colors at nite, he seemed paralysed, and the blue hippo was swimming weird, like facing the top of the tank but moving left to right, very odd, until he just sank to the bottom until he staopped breathing

the tank is about 6 months old

he checked it today after my fish died, i've had the tank running about 6 months and its a 125 gal, tall, i believe 60" by 31" by 18

the only change in my tank is the anemone, i was told that if they lost a tentacle and it flowed into the power head the fish could breathe it in and die, or if they get stung too

no cucumbers...i have a powder blue tang, a chocolate tang,a sailfin tang, a parrot fish, 2 royal grammas, 3 domino damsels, 1 saddle back clowns, 2 tru perc clowns, 2 tomato clowns, a big snail, and 2 snowflake eels, and then just some small hermits and snails

That's a huge amount of fish for that tank. what skimmer are u running?

i have a berlin skimmer, its suppose to be for 250 gal

no pics, i disposed of them, and there is no way they could have gotten stung by the anemone? thats the only thing i could think of

That seems like a lot for your tank IMO also i would suggest looking into a new skimmer, I dont think a berlin skimmer is all that good.
