Aqua Illumination or Ecotech Radion LED's???

I've narrowed it down to 2 fixtures. I have a 48x24x24 Tech 120 tank i am currently setting up, and I want advice on the better LED lights. I do not have the option of hanging from the ceiling, as my ceiling is 20 feet tall. I know the Radion does not have a mounting bracket. If I buy them, I would like to mount on tank, and have someone build some sort of mount for me.
All opinions welcome and appreciated.

Either set of lights have mounting hardware. You would need something to hang them from. There are a bunch of different type of mounts that people have made for their Lights. Speficically the AI i made custom mounts for mine. I know that others have also been made.

Dude, I just installed 2x radions on my Oceanic tech 120 and they look f-ing incredible.

I have them on a custom built mount over the tank and it is almost like they are invisible compared to my old MH setup. I can help you with the mount if you need it.

Josh. I have the same exact tank. Could you post a photo for me? That would help me a lot. There's no one worth a crap out here in Las Vegas that can help me with this. Who built your custom mount? I'd like to hire them if possible.

I can tell you that my chiller has not turned on since I switched to the Radions and I had to hook up a heater after about 48 hours with the new lights. Also the ballasts run very cool.

The lights look awesome! I just ordered them from TB Aquatics. Looking forward to them. I appreciate you putting the pic up for me. I definitely do not think I'll need a chiller with these. I keep my place at 76 degrees during the summer when I'm not home. In the winter I'll let the heater do its job. Who built your mount? I need the same thing. Can you help?

Reefkoi built the mount. If you are going to the swap he will be there (he will be selling his lights not Radions), but he can make the mount for you and ship it.

Unfortunately, I will not be there. I live in Las Vegas now. I was in NY last month. Had a blast. Miss my old town, but I have my own business in Vegas now. Nothing beats being your own boss. I will send a message to reefkoi. Can I ask a favor? Will you send him a message as well, and remind him of the mount he built for you? I really like it. I want the same thing.
