Kent nice carpet! How's your Dad doing?

He is stable and doing better, thanks Johnny. He might get out of ICU today or tomorrow. We were very fortunate he pulled through it. The surgeons at Martin Hospital in Stuart, FL are top notch ranked high in nation for heart surgery and we very thankful to them and the staff. If he was update NY where he lives with my mom most of the year, I am not sure he would of got the care he did down there in Florida. They are snowbirds so winters they head down south.

It is amazing the techniology they have now, seriously. There was like six specialist that worked on him and the machines and devices they used on him saved his life. The balloon they put in after his three attacks while at the hospital saved his life by keeping the heart beat steady. The three heart attacks (two shocks and one time they had to bring him back from flatline) he had while waiting for his lungs and to get better before they could preform the four bypasses and repaired one valve. The crazy thing is my dad is very health up to this point. Never smoked, drank, and was very athletic all of his life. He does not look his age at 75. But he had slient heart attacks before going in and never got an annual check up. Surgery was Thursday. They have weaned him off the meds they had him on after the surgery and he is slowly getting back together. Hopefully with no complications. It has been a very stressful week for him and my family but we pulled through it and I have my dad.
