Error on post

Is it only me or is other people having problem posting stuff.
Every time I try to post some thing from my iPad it says

The following errors occurred with your submission:
This forum requires that you wait 30 seconds between posts. Please try again in 29 seconds.

And when I try from my phone it tells me not able to load pics...

But after I go back it post it any way..
My question is if any 1 else having the same problems.

Same here. Phone, laptop, ipad ~ it doesn't matter which I use that message keeps coming up. I just ignore it..

Now I am getting messed up posts when I quote someone?? I am getting the avatars of someone in the thread to show right above the quote.. Is anyone else seeing that?
