Hey everyone,

I am selling a piece of live rock approximately 10 inches by 8 inches which is completely covered with pom pom xenia (which expanded is approximately 12 inches by 10 inches). The xenia grew from one stalk and now that piece of rock must have at least 25-30 stalks (which many of them are in the process of splitting)! It is even growing on the walls of my tank. I am selling this coral/live rock combo for $300. Pics and videos upon request. Thanks! I

Hey Maui, to say it in a nicer way than the guys above, pom pom xenia are very cheap around here since they spread really quickly, are easy to cut and grow somewhere else. Not taking anything away from it. No doubt they are one of a kind of coral, especially since they can open and close which I find pretty cool. They just spread so quickly some people are even trying to get rid of them from their tanks.
If you really want to sell pom pom xenia, you are better off selling little frags here and there so other people can start their own little forest of xenia.
