Theres custom tanks , custom sumps, custom lights even custom ATO boxes but is there anyone that makes custom aquascapes designs??

The Alternative Reef, but it's not cheap. All his work is fired up in a kiln. They have a forum on R2R with plenty of pictures.

There are a few companies that do it. It just depends on your budget more than anything. None are inexpensive though.
