arnoldo, you need to run the t5 bulb at max 100% for 1st 50 hour or you risk the chance of damaging the dimming capability of the bulbs.

Changing bulb is the same like a regular t5 fixture. Slide out the shield and rotate the bulb. But it's a pain in the a$$ to take it off and hang that monster back up....lol!

Sam do i need to do this in a separate fixture ??? And the 50hours need to be consecutive??

And yeah is a PITA take the light off the hanging specially if u do it alone.
But i was more asking if i can change all 8 at the same time or 2 at the time or how??

I did not do it in a separate fixture and certainly not consecutive 50 hrs.

Sorry, miss understood your question. I started with all new bulb together. I think I just put 4-6 hrs a day for t5 at max, dim your led. Just watch out for your coral reaction. Or in your case I would put 4 new bulbs in and do it twice for 8 bulbs. Have fun :)
