Anyone running one of these? Would love to hear how you like it and what it has done for your phosphate control.

Also does anyone know the footprint of the new N12? website says "total footprint of 6.5'" does that mean you need to have a 6.5 x 6.5 area for it to fit in?

Tried looking into them and sent all kind of pm,s but no one ever replied. I'm curious if they truly work

I have been running one for many years. In fact, most of the R&D was done with my tank as the Beta. They work very well and are extremely well designed and crafted. I believe Unique Corals is the retail distributor for these now.

I just got my N12 a few days ago. Like prattref said, the design and craftsmanship is extremely high quality. As for how well it works I can't say because I haven't added any macro algae yet. I set it up yesterday to make sure there were no leaks and I'll be adding Chaeto this week. The footprint is a 6.5 inch circle so yes you will need a space that's at least 6.5 x 6.5 but it doesn't have to go in the sump, you can hang it off the tank or put it in a cabinet.

Tagging along. I have a 75 gallon tank and was looking into this. But not sure if I want to pop down 450$ before I see some more results.

I have run a few of them. Have the first N12 on my 20g. Had a E18 but changed tanks and just picked up another E18.
