Hello,
I have some questions. Is the underside of sps vulnerable to being stung? In my case would it be an issue with the torches below ? If the torches branched upwards to the point where the tentacles were touching the bottom of the monti cap would there be warfare?

Yes, SPS undersides are vulnerable. If torch coral tentacles touch the bottom of a Monti cap, chemical and physical warfare can occur—leading to tissue loss or bleaching. Keep aggressive LPS like torches at a safe distance to prevent damage. mcdvoice
