thanks all. it seems that the cracks arent going all the way through the housing, so there is air or water leakage or a need to glue it. tuning has not been a problem, and i think i have it dailled in pretty good already. it is hard to stop playing it though, because i keep trying to see what happens with different adjustments of the return and air valves.

Those are stress cracks from where the fitting was screwed in too tight. If you never loosen the fitting you will be fine, but if you get nuts and try to clean it, there is a good chance you will crack it more putting it back together. I would send the injectors back to who made it and as for replacements. Also, ask them to use cast acrylic not extruded.

Because the hole drilled on a curve surface will not be a round hole, it is elliptical. It's almost impossible to tap and put threads on a elliptical hole, especially when it's only 1/16" thick acrylic. Once you screw in the air valve, the threads on the valve will cause different amount of pressure on the elliptical hole causing it to fracture.

Poor design, cheap material, half ass craftsmanship... Bottom line MRC sucks..

I've had mine for almost 2 years and I adjust it every day to see how wet or dry I can get the skimmate.:Hydrogen:
