Hey guys, I'm going to be moving soon so i have an opportunity to make some upgrades to my tank. Specifically I want to put in some teethed overflow boxes to the holes i've drilled. Now the holes are drilled kinda high (~ 1.5 inches from the black rim of tank) so do you think I should just put small overflow boxes around the holes, just enough to get my hand in there and remove a strainer. Or do you think I should have a full length one that reaches the bottom of the tank?
Mind you I have 3 outgoing pipes to box. And I'm asking about the overflow boxes that go on the wet side of the tank, cause currently it doesn't seem that a 90 degree elbow with a strainer is doing a very good job at surface skimming.
So what do you guys think?
