I dont understand Im fairly new to this site , but ive met some really cool people then i also have encountered inmature poeple to , for example ..a person with a senior member title , tells me there intrested in a item then wants u to drop the price tells u he's going to show up to make purchase after u provide ur home address , never shows up and never explains himself either ,, i dont get it.

Senior member, simply refers to the amount of posts a person has made. Once they're over 100 posts by a member, they are a "senior member". It has nothing at all to do with what knowledge they have.

Also before doing business with a person look at their reefer rating and see if it's someone you would like to do business with. I personally do not deal with certain people, I've found to be flakes or just all around bad people.

Today I though I had bought something, and someone offered him more money than he asked and he grabbed the money. Then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to outbid the outbidder. Just BS. It's tough to figure out. In a population of 3000+, there are going to be some bad apples.

micheal if i am correct thats against selling rule's on here, this isnt a auction site, people like that i point out. and when i meet new people i always say who i deal with and who i feel are the good apples, and tell them who i think sucks as well

I agree! the bad thing is that, at least on Craigslist.. you move on... and might never see that person again.. here on MR.... you see them constantly...

Same here. I don't provide anyone with my building or APT number, until they are on my block. When they get the my block, they give me a call and I give them the building number, simple.
