hahahahaha. I'm sure that short video does no show everything they never do. Although I do not agree with tasering old women if it is able to be avoided. It was used in this case for exactly what it was designed for. To end a confrontation with a non compliant person without using physical violence, 72 or not she was not compliant with the orders given to her by a uniformed police officer. I am sure most will not agree with me but wutever, The fact is he warned her several times and if she had listened to the directions given to her the tazer would have never been used. Millions of us get pulled over for traffic violations every year and we manage to not get tazed. oh yeah and hahahahaha its always funny wathing people acting tuff "go ahead and taze me" and then watching them fall like a bag of bricks when they get taken up on their offer.

I dont know but it definitly jumps around a bit, first they are standing near the highway next they are on the otherside of the car and he is shocking her.
