This problem happens when the php is trying to access some file and has
not permissions to do it.

To solve this problem, inspect your php.ini, some paths variables like
upload_tmp_dir or session_save_path and others, must be configured to
use directories with write permissions for the http user.

I need someone to show me a screen shot of exactly what they are clicking before they get that message so I know where the problem is.


Josh, my first post in this thread shows the message on the error screen I get when I click on ANY screen. It is not unique to any one particular thread, or category of threads.

FYI, its been fine since this afternoon when I 'returned' from my <poof> disappearance.

They were actually referring to another issue which I am aware of. I am looking for a screen shot of the page just before you get that error.
