Do you have any rocks with coralline in the tank already? If so, keep your calcium and alkalinity levels stable and give it time. It'll take several months usually to get your rocks covered in coralline.
u have to have a rock that has a little on it, and once u get ur cal to 400-450 it should start to form but it takes time , u can also scrape it off the rock a little so the dust starts to spread.
Sounds strange but if you ever see margarita snails or other snails with coraline on their shell they can help. The algae scrapes of the shell as they move about.

make sure your magnesium levels are in the correct range. My tank had a coraline bloom and then it just stopped... I couldnt figure out why until i checked my mag levels and saw it was way below what it should have been. Started adding mag supplement and BAM coraline came back.
ok i will check my mag lavel also my phosphate is very high 1.0 ihave no algea bloom due to denitrator install my tank is 3 month old filter system 5 to 6 month old my send is very clean white and tank glass very clean no algea i have micro lagea in my refugim growing goood and my phasphate reactor working but level is to high all rock turning green . my ph is 8.2 temp 79 and nitrate is .5 calcium is 450
What are you using to check your phosphates with? I have a friend who thought he had a phos problem until he bought a legit test kit and checked again to find he had none... phosphates are tricky man, from what I understand there are organic and inorganic forms and only one causes algae growth. Most of the cheaper test kits dont work, so If your tank is clean and your not having any algae blooms I wouldnt worry too much about it. Just keep on top of water changes and obviously stay away from tap water.
In new tanks it usually takes a month or so for noticable specs of coralline algae to develop under good conditions IME. It'll take several months to get good coverage on rocks and such, under good conditions.
