I used ten in my 125 gallon FOWLR and they worked wonders. I tried all other means of eradication (with the exception of peppermint shrimp since they would have been eaten by the tanks other inhabitants) and nothing worked. Butterfly fishes worked on what they could see/reach, but once they were removed from the tank the infestation would get out of control again. Same experience with the application of Joe's Juice/boiling water/kalk.

I all but gave up on getting rid of them. Prior to adding the Berghia my tank housed hundreds of these nightmares. I had a literal aiptasia garden growing in both of my overflows. Then I decided to give the Berghia a shot.

After the first month I noticed some progress, but nothing to rave about. I figured I was just destined to be an aiptasia grower. But over the following two months the Berghia decimated the aiptasia, everywhere. The rocks, glass, overflows, sandbed were all wiped clean of aiptasia. Been clean for about a year now with no sign of them.

Unfortunately I do not have any Berghia to give you. I can count on one hand the number of times I have seen the Berghia since they were added to my tank. I have not seen any signs of them for months now. I assume they have passed on.

To my Berghia I would like to thank them for doing in months what I was unable to accomplish in four years, annihilating my aiptasia problem. If you have exhausted all other means of removal I would suggest giving the Nudi's a shot.

Why buy one. There not as effective. First hurtle is the acclimation. There pretty sensitive to this. If they live past that. Then you have a much better chance with more. I would not buy less then three. As for fish eating them. It's very possible. That's why when you introduce them to your system. All powerheads and pumps off. Light all off as well. And I placed them with a turKey baster right on rock. Once they hide there home free to eat at night

jeremy, follow that advice buddy. berghia's are great I bought 4 or 5 from the last GB on here and they did wonders. check on the market place, I believe one of the vendors had them a while back. or maybe start a GB, seems like there would be a demand.

BTW are you going to the MR swap, I'd like to finally put name to face and talk about your G9 skills.
