which supplements should i keep

i never use any supplements in my setup but these 3 were on clearence for 1 buck so i picked them up.which should i keep which should i dump.i bought strontium and molybdenum,coral vite and a bottle of phytoplex,all from kent.for 3 bucks i said why not..any input

I would have just left them there, especially the phyto. Any food that can sit out on a shelf before opening it has all sorts of other crap in it. You're better feeding a denser and fresher phyto like reef nutrition or even DTs if you are in a pinch. Odds are those bottles sat there for a looooong time before they went on clearance anyway.

x2...the strondium is probably the only thing I would use of those three. I dose strondium among other things only because I have a heavily
stocked tank and I tested low...most tanks it gets replemished with just routine WCs...so test first before dosing.

i looked at the coral vite and there is nothing bad said about the product.some people say it makes SPS colors brighter some say it does nothing.but nothing about it doing damage.i wont use the phyto..
