hey i am trying id something i found in my tank

i was fragging my tank and found a weird little critter i dont know what it is sorry i didnt get a pic but can some or i think one of the mod posted a site with all the little guys good and bad that we have in our tank the site have pods/worms/flat worms /fire bristle ect i think kathyc posted it i could be wrong but can some post it aging please i need to look at that site site if i have another bad guy or good guy
