Yes, we are shipping, we have been shipping for years. We did have an illegal temporary closure back in 2000, but we took them to court and got back to work.
This is a topic that is still sensitive and as of today we are still waiting to hear from the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. As you may know there is a lot of corruption here and there.
We have a new Sec. of DNR who seems like a pretty straight up guy and has a good background in marine biology and has worked with Sea Grant. We hope that he will be able to turn things around.
I would prefer to save this for another thread. Hopefully, this will all end soon. I have a book in progress as I have been working this situation for 6 years now. I will let you all know when the publication comes out.
