As you know the CIA funding of MACs debacle in Tawi Tawi [ Sulu Sea] fell apart as did the so called training there. The Tawi Tawi CIA sponsored debacle was indeed a joke.
Mark was not a part of it but it was a CIA financed deal.
Rebel returnees who were not impacting the reefs with cyanide or dynamite were to be turned into users of the reefs with a training of 600 of them.
They were then to supply the so called certified exporters with certified blue tangs and coveted species and pave the way for MACs victory train. :lol:
Of course they were off base on every single step of this ill fated cash squandering boondoggle and we called it right here on RDO as it happened.
So...the joke was real....
It was in fact another very cruel joke on environmentally concerned people that futher blurred the lines between the good guys and the not so good in this on-going drama.
