Just wanted to share with you guys our latest little mishap and some awesome service provided by a great company! Some water splashed onto the power supply for the SMS122 pH meter on our 1200g display tank and the lovely folks from Milwaukee Istruments is sending another, just like that! These days, great products aren't always coupled with excellent customer service, but you don't have to worry about that with MI.
As we are in the corner of our customers, it's comforting to know that there's someone in ours as well.
