How do you cope with leakage over the top rim due to the bubbles from the airstone?

Why is it that so many people are against bristle worms? They always are seemed to be concidered a pest and many people talk about how to trap and remove them. What is the down side of bristleworms. Is it that they may over populate or what?

I think I read somewhere that people have done this. One of my 2 shrimp has eggs on her belly. Does this mean I deffinitely have a male and female or can shrimp act like fish and just lay eggs without a male. Any info please.
