Most likly the cap is not creating an air tight seal. Try wetting the edge of the rubber gasket were it hits the male end and tighten it well.

The 65 watt Lights of America outdoor lights from Home Depot have worked great on my 10 gal ref. I have to prune the calurpa weekly. Also they are very affordable @ $29.00 each. [ July 13, 2001: Message edited by: EricS ]

Do you directly feed it any meaty foods? These corals need to be fead, raw shrimp, silversides, brine, krill, etc.
