fill a compartment with water and see if it leaks to other compartment without going through the baffle, but internal leak doesn't really matter as the water is all shared anyway, so an internal leak doesn't really need fixing.
take things slow, I know that feeling of wanting to buy all the colorful corals and stuff, but patience is key in this hobby. Just stick to regular wc, adding things slowly, and use coral dips.
As title states, frags are so overgrown on the rack and I don't have the proper tools (small chisel and hammer) to get them unstuck.
So selling them all as a package, yes, including the rack.
Looking for $150 picked up in Staten Island or Brooklyn.
on the rack from left to right: JF...
Can you fill it with tap water just to make sure nothing leaks? shouldn't be too difficult to do. This will greatly help with the sale otherwise ppl are gonna think that it is a leaking tank and the reason why you are getting rid of a brand new system.
The appeal of a nano is you basically can skip the filtration and 2 part dosing, WC can take care of everything, ie 5 gallon twice a week on a 20g is all that you need for upkeep.
If I were to do it, I'd get a 20g aio and a good light, and get a big rodi top off container and call it a day...
i have one fully encrusted frag available, mother colony was grown from a frag that was bought from 5th alarm corals few years ago. In Brooklyn though, not sure if you want to travel that far.
