Just wondering if anyone is imitating cloudy days on their reef tank. Like leaving their lights off for a couple days to give your corals a break from so much sun light just like nature. We all know it's not sunny every day. Just would like some imput.

My levels are ph 8.03 cal 490 mag 1640

What is the best way to bring up my alkalinity I am at 6.7 Dkh. Will bumping it up affect any other perameters.

Could this carbon cause me to have an algae problem in my tank. Is any one using this carbon having the same problem? I am also using bulk reef supplys rox 0.8 carbon and high capacity gfo in a reactor.

Which gfo and carbon should I get from Bulk Reef Supply? Are there dual 2.0 fluidized reactor any good?

I have 4800 gph for a 90gal tank

So far they don't seem to nip at my corals.

I had the same problem before I changed my bulbs just trying to narrow it down thx any other suggestions. Not sure about my Strontium levels I do not have a test kit for that.

It's time for me to change my bulbs and just wondering what everyone thinks of the xm 250 20000ks. I have the 10000ks right now.
