I wont to make an overflow box for a 30g breeder tank i going to drill as soon a i get my dinned bit from BRS.

How did you cut your acrylic i tried to cut some on the table saw and it melted and made a rely nasty cut.

Test still look good but a hack of a lot of brown diatom never had it this bad be for i hope i just got lucky on mi other tank and nothing is going wrong on this one.

T5 HO is the most coast effective way to light these big tanks it seems to me. LED for a tank that size will be big bucks unless you build a light set up your self take a look a raped LED and see if its something you mite take on.
