I've successfully treated ich in my reef twice with copper free "Kick-Ich" without losing any coral. Just follow the recommended dosage and water change when necessary. Cleared up quicker than I thought it would.

There's no guaranteed aptasia eating anything. Some species are more inclined to eat them, but they don't always. Aptasia X works wonders for me!
